This database connects communities, businesses, entities and organizations* that accept large quantities of materials (typically on a commercial scale) to be processed to become market ready or remanufactured (recycled) into a new product. It is important to contact these companies before dropping off any recyclables to verify details such as specifications, restrictions, price and minimum amount accepted.

- Intermediary processor: An entity that prepares, refines or otherwise changes the initial form of the collected recyclable materials so that the material will be reused or remanufactured into a new product.
- Manufacturer: An entity that transforms a recyclable material into a new product.
