The MPCA will hold two webinars to discuss, take comments, and answer questions on the concepts planned for the Air Toxics Emissions Reporting Rule. The same content will be covered overall, but more general context regarding emissions reporting will be provided at the evening webinar while the daytime webinar may be more technical in nature to address questions from facility operators.
