Electronics manufacturers, collectors, and recyclers must be registered with the MPCA to meet requirements of the Minnesota Electronics Recycling Act. Organizations must be registered to collect or recycle covered electronic devices (CED) in the state. Manufacturers must be registered to sell video display devices.

Stakeholders must register for PY20 and report on their activities for PY19.
