The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency will host a webinar to provide an update on rule development for the PFAS in products: Currently unavoidable use rule at 1 p.m. CST on Thurs., Feb. 26, 2026.
This webinar will include an overview of the proposed rule, present on some proposed rule concepts, and introduce topics for which the agency is seeking additional feedback. A 30-day comment period will follow the webinar to allow the public to provide feedback on the information presented. The webinar will be recorded and posted on the currently unavoidable use rule webpage for those that are unable to attend.
