The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency hosted this webinar to provide an update on rule development for the PFAS in products: Currently unavoidable use rule.
This webinar will include an overview of the proposed rule, present on some proposed rule concepts, and introduce topics for which the agency is seeking additional feedback. A 30-day feedback period (Feb. 26-March 29) will follow the webinar to collect input on proposed rule concepts.
