The MPCA is about to begin work with the public on key concepts within the new cumulative impacts rule and how they might apply to Minnesota. Please join us as MPCA's Hassan Bouchareb walks us through an overview of the cumulative impacts rulemaking process. He will break down what we understand the statute directs us to do and what parts of the program we hope to develop with input from you. We will further develop these parts and concepts this summer through working sessions. More details on these working sessions including dates, locations and topics will be released at a later date.
