Public notices

From July 31, 2026, to Oct. 1, 2026, public notices will be available in one of two places as the MPCA transitions between commenting software platforms. This is part of an internal initiative to ultimately improve our public notice process. Public notices posted before or on July 31 will be available for comment on SmartComment while public notices posted on or after Aug. 1 will be available for comment on EngagementHQ.
