The Pig’s Eye Dump Task Force, led by the MPCA, includes several state agencies and local units of government. The task force is charged with coordinating efforts to remediate and restore the Pig's Eye Landfill Superfund site and address per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination of Battle Creek, Pig's Eye Lake, and nearby groundwater.
This meeting will take place in person at the MPCA’s St. Paul office in the lower level conference room. A virtual option is available. The meeting is open to the public.
This will be the fourteenth and final meeting of the Pig’s Eye Dump Task Force, and cover discussion and approval of the final report details on potential elements of a future feasibility study and next steps for the project after the final report is submitted.
