The packaging EPR advisory board includes 18 individuals representing a wide range of impacted parties under Minnesota's Packaging Waste and Cost Reduction Act. This advisory board will review activities conducted by the MPCA and the producer responsibility organization (PRO) and advise on program implementation.
Meeting materials, including an agenda, will be posted in advance of the meeting.
The advisory board meetings are open to all; however, non-members are admitted as observers, not participants, for most of the meeting. The advisory board will provide an opportunity for any person to provide brief verbal input at the end of the meeting. People are asked to limit their input to 2 minutes. This is not a formal public comment opportunity.
