The packaging EPR advisory board includes 18 individuals representing a wide range of impacted parties under Minnesota's Packaging Waste and Cost Reduction Act. This advisory board will review activities conducted by the MPCA and the producer responsibility organization (PRO) and advise on program implementation.
Given the amount of content being covered in the presentations, there will not be time for a public comment period during this advisory board meeting. The October and November advisory board meetings will have time available.
