Packaging extended producer responsibility advisory board: Composting subcommittee meeting

The Packaging EPR advisory board includes 18 individuals representing a wide range of impacted parties under Minnesota's Packaging Waste and Cost Reduction Act. There are four subcommittees meeting as needed on topics related to the current needs assessment work: waste reduction, reuse, recycling, and composting.
