Minnesota's 2026 Climate Action Framework

Join state leaders in this public webinar to review the 2026 framework

Minnesota's Climate Change Subcabinet has released the 2026 Climate Action Framework, the statewide plan to reduce climate pollution and prepare Minnesota communities for climate change. The 2026 framework builds on the state's original climate action plan, published in 2022, which laid the foundation for more than 40 climate laws and programs passed by the Legislature in 2023.

The updated plan was developed over the last year and a half with input from hundreds of Minnesotans. It outlines actions necessary to meet the state's climate goals and achieve our vision of a carbon-neutral, resilient, and equitable future for Minnesota.

The public is invited to join state leaders on Friday, Feb. 27, at 11 a.m. for a public webinar to review the 2026 framework and ask questions about the plan.
