Learn about the Climate-Smart Food Systems initiative

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is awarding Minnesota $200 million to cut climate pollution from our state’s food systems through the Climate Pollution Reduction Grants program. Led by the MPCA in collaboration with other state agencies, local, and Tribal governments the climate smart food systems initiative will distribute this investment through multiple programs administered by these organizations over the next five years.

This kickoff webinar will provide information about how the initiative aims to reduce climate pollution, advance economic opportunity, fight hunger, and support the health and wellbeing of all Minnesotans and future generations.
