The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency would like your input on air permits that will be issued for three Minneapolis facilities: Diamond Vogel, Prospect Foundry, and Innovent Air Handling. We invite you to attend an informational open house to discuss the current and upcoming public notices for air permits for each of these businesses. This event will provide an overview of any changes to the air permits, whether they are new or renewed permits, and share the steps taken by each facility to comply with environmental regulations.
The MPCA is committed to informing the public about these businesses, which require air permits to operate, and helping the public understand how to participate in the public comment period for each permit and demonstrate how their input can influence permit decisions. This open house-style event is part of MPCA’s effort to engage community members and hear their concerns and feedback; there will be no formal presentation.
