Please join us for two opportunities to discuss the potential contents of a cumulative impacts analysis and the potential criteria that identifies when an impact is a substantial adverse impact. We will be giving a more in-depth presentation and discussion on draft concepts for the content of a cumulative impacts analysis and substantial adverse impacts. We are looking for your input on these important concepts as we continue to develop the rules for cumulative impacts analyses.
Two meetings are planned; the same information will be presented so please attend whichever session works better for your schedule. Both meetings will follow the working session format that we used for previous discussions. Working session materials including the presentation from MPCA staff will be available on our website following the meeting for those who are not able to attend in-person but would like to offer feedback on the topic. Links to materials will be sent out via our cumulative impacts rulemaking email list once they become available.
- May 13, 6-8 p.m., in-person session
- May 20, 6-8 p.m., virtual session
To request language interpretation or an accommodation to participate in either session, please contact Alexa Golemo by April 30.
You did not have to attend any previous work sessions in order to participate in these sessions. All are welcome to join us.
