The 2020 Industrial Stormwater (ISW) general permit expires on March 31, 2025, and the MPCA’s Industrial Stormwater Program has been developing the 2025 permit. The 2025 ISW general permit is now drafted and the MPCA held two informational meetings (October 17 and October 30) to go over the proposed changes.
These informational meetings are not part of the formal public comment period for the 2025 permit. The public comment period will be communicated to stakeholders when available.
