The refrigeration industry is changing! Federal rules are phasing down hydrofluorocarbon refrigerants (HFCs) and restricting their use in new systems. New rules affect the management and reuse of HFCs.
An instructor from the Minneapolis College HVAC-R program will cover existing and new rules for refrigerant use and management, compliance strategies, technologies to meet new requirements and reduce refrigerant use, and planning approaches for new and existing facilities.
This free event is targeted to food retailers with supermarket refrigeration systems.
Location details and instructions for free parking will be provided to registered participants.
Registration is required, please make sure details are submitted for all individuals planning to attend.
Registration closed November 7.
This training is hosted by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
