Public notice on a draft wastewater permit reissuance for the 3M facility at Cottage Grove is expected to begin on Monday, July 1. We are sharing advanced notification of this public notice with the 3M Settlement government work group, as this facility is located within one of the settlement communities and is largely focused on PFAS removal, among other pollutants.
This permit will have an extended 60-day public comment period, open July 1 – August 30.
