Minnesota's program years end June 30. Registered stakeholders are required to report on their activities under Minnesota's Electronics Recycling Act.

  • Collectors and recyclers: Reports due July 15
  • Manufacturers: Reports due August 15

PY11 reporting

Program year 11 ends June 30, 2018.

Collector and recycler reporting is due July 15, using the Re-TRAC system.

Registered collectors and recyclers will use Re-TRAC Connect system for reporting collection activities and registration for the upcoming program year. Check to see if your organization already has an account or create one, and join the MPCA Electronic Waste Program.


Manufacturer reporting has been added to Re-TRAC Connect, but online payment is administered by the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
