In June 2019, U.S. EPA adopted the Affordable Clean Energy Rule, which replaces the Clean Power Plan.

The MPCA wants your input as we work to develop a plan to reduce carbon pollution as required by the Clean Power Plan. There are lots of ways for you to get involved!
