Duluth's U.S. Steel Superfund site informational meeting set for March 16

Duluth, Minn. — The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency invites the public and interested parties to an informational meeting about the U.S. Steel Superfund site in Duluth, Minn. MPCA staff will discuss the site’s past, recent and upcoming remediation activities on land and in the St. Louis River.

The meeting will be held on Monday, March 16 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Goodfellowship Community Center at 1302 88th Avenue West in Duluth’s Morgan Park neighborhood. MPCA staff will be available for 30 minutes after the meeting for one-on-one conversations and to answer questions.
