Clean Power Plan Dotmocracy results

The Clean Power Plan is a rule made by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that sets targets for reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from power plants across the country.

To inform the development of the Minnesota Clean Power Plan, the MPCA hosted a series of listening sessions to find out what factors Minnesotans care most about. Listening session attendees were asked to identify the three factors that matter most to them by placing dots on an interactive poster. This page summarizes the results.
