Water Quality Compliance Determination Process Improvement (6 Sigma) ProjectIn February 2005, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) conducted a survey to help understand customers' views with regard to the wastewater treatment facility compliance determination process. The MPCA was looking for input not only regarding customer expectations and current MPCA performance, but more importantly for areas that needed improvement. The MPCA hopes to improve in an area identified both internally and externally to maximize its effectiveness. Response to the survey was excellent. There were 184 responses out of 318 surveys sent. The links below include an executive summary of the results, as well as the survey results for all demographic groups combined. More InformationPlease contact Sherryl

questions regarding the survey. If you have questions regarding the
project, please contact Mike
