Minnesota Stormwater Steering Committee: Manual Subcommittee

The Manual Subcommitee was charged with guiding the development of state stormwater performance criteria and recommended best management practices for the Minnesota Stormwater Manual.

The contract for a statewide stormwater manual started on September 15, 2004, with the contracting team of Emmons and Olivier Resources, Inc. and The Center for Watershed Protection. The subcommittee was presented with monthly issue papers by the consultants for decisions and directions for final manual content. Public input was solicited through a public meeting on November 3, 2004.
