Preventing Waste and Saving Money

Solid Waste Reduction | Design for the Environment | Pollution Prevention

Reduce and Reuse first!

Waste prevention reduces or eliminates waste before it is generated. Practicing this strategy, a company can reduce its cost of waste management, reduce long-term liability for disposal of hazardous materials, and become more efficient to enhance profit margins.

Design for the Environment (DfE)
