Program year 4 ended June 30, 2011. Registered stakeholders were required to report on their activities under Minnesota's Electronics Recycling Act.

• Collectors and recyclers: Reports past due (July 15, 2011)
• Manufacturers: Reports to the Minnesota Department of Revenue past due (Sept. 1, 2011).
