At the May 21, 2013, meeting of the MPCA Citizens' Board, members heard presentations and made decisions on two matters, approving the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order for each:

• Reissuance of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System/State Disposal System (NPDES/SDS) General Stormwater permit MNR040000 for Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s).
• Issuance of State Disposal System permit MN0070378 to Magnetation LLC Plant 4 (Itasca County).

• Signature document - Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System NPDES/SDS General Permit Reissuance
  The MPCA Citizens' Board voted to approve the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order approving the reissuance of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System/State Disposal System (NPDES/SDS) General Stormwater Permit MNR040000 for Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s).

  The MPCA Citizens' Board voted to approve the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order approving the issuance of State Disposal System permit number MN0070378 to Magnetation LLC Plant 4 (Itasca County).
