Feedlot Rulemaking

The MPCA is considering rule amendments that will administer the statutory changes that occurred in the special legislative session and remove some outdated language. During the special session, the Legislature revised statute language in Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 116.07, subdivision 7c to streamline and clarify the statute. The rule needs to be updated to reflect these changes.

Draft Rule

The MPCA has not yet prepared a draft of the planned rule amendments. Interested parties may request to be notified when a draft rule is made available from the MPCA contact persons listed below.
