Wastewater Pretreatment Final Rules
The new wastewater pretreatment rules (Minnesota Rules 7049), which were proposed in November 2007, are now final and in effect. They were published in the State Register on October 20, 2008 and became effective on October 27, 2008. A copy of the final rule is available through a link below.
