Stormwater Program for Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4): Annual Reports

MS4 Annual Reports are to be completed and submitted to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) by June 30 of each year, detailing permit activities for the previous calendar year. The 2012 Annual Report is due June 30, 2013, and covers permit activities from January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2012.
