Minnesota's Impaired Waters and TMDLs

TMDL Project: Ann and Emma Lakes - Excess Nutrients

Background

This project addresses two excess nutrient impairments in Ann and Emma Lakes.  This TMDL project is being led by the Wright County Soil and Water District (SWCD).

Map and location

Wright County Lakes is located in the southern portion of the Upper Mississippi Basin, within the North Fork of the Crow River watershed.

Meetings and events

There will be a public meeting for the Ann and Emma Lake Nutrient TMDL project at 6:00 p.m. on June 21, 2011 at the Victor Town Hall located approximately 1.5 miles south of Howard Lake on County Road 6.
