TMDL Special Projects

The MPCA has initiated the following “Special Projects” for unique water-quality problems requiring more innovative strategies than conventional approaches to address impaired and threatened waters.

• Statewide Mercury Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) 
• Twin Cities Metropolitian Area (TCMA) Chloride Project
