Biennial Hazardous Waste Report (Biennial Reporting System, or BRS)

Large Quantity Generator (LQG) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) permitted treatment, storage, or disposal facilities (TSDF) are required to complete and submit the Federal 2011 Hazardous Waste Report by March 1, 2012.

Forms and Instructions
