Reporting

Program year 5 ended June 30, 2012. Registered stakeholders will be required to report on their activities under Minnesota's Electronics Recycling Act.

• Collectors and recyclers: Reports due July 15
• Manufacturers: Reports to the Minnesota Department of Revenue due Sept. 1.

PY5 reporting forms

Registered admin contacts were notified by e-mail about the PY5 reporting forms and what's required to register for PY6.

Manufacturer reporting forms and resources for online payment are administered by the Minnesota Department of Revenue. Reporting forms for PY5 are now posted.
