CISRR: Cities and Counties Involved in Source Reduction and Recycling
Counties and Cities Involved in Source Reduction and Recycling (CISRR) is a networking group for local government waste prevention programs. Coordinated by MPCA staff, the group meets six times a year to discuss and exchange ideas about waste reduction programs and coordinate waste reduction activities throughout Minnesota.
