This Report on 1997 SCORE Programs was published September 1998. It presents data and analysis of state, county and municipal solid waste management activities in Minnesota that involved SCORE funding in 1997.
The report was prepared using data from all 87 counties in Minnesota, and the Western Lake Superior Sanitary District. Information was submitted to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency through the annual SCORE survey, which contains sections for annual program information, finance and administration, source reduction, recycling, and waste generation.
