Emission Sources
Point Sources: There are over 2,000 point sources in Minnesota. Some facilities such as Option B Registration Permittes have an option to report material usages, not emissions. Therefore, emissions from these facilities are not included in the emission inventory. About 1700 facilities submit actual emissions for the emission inventory.
