On September 13, 2011, in a special meeting, the Citizens' Board voted to approve the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order denying the contested case hearing and approving the issuance of the Air Emission Permit No. 13700063-004 to United States Steel Corporation, Minnesota Ore Operations - Keetac, Keewatin, Minnesota.
