On December 20, 2011, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Citizens' Board voted to approve the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order for a Negative Declaration on the need for an Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Stewart Material Coal Handling Facility, McLeod County.
