On August 23, 2011, the MPCA Citizens' Board voted to approve the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order approving the issuance of the Air Emission Permit No. 05301201-002 to Metro Transit and Metropolitan Council, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order document concludes that the decision to issue the Air Emissions permit satisfied the requirements of Minn. Stat. § 116.07, subd. 4a.
