Clean Water Council — Members
The Clean Water Council consists of 28 members, including 19 appointed by the Governor, five non-voting representatives from the following state agencies: Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Department of Agriculture, Department of Health, Department of Natural Resources, and Board of Water and Soil Resources, and four non-voting members from the Legislature; two members of the House of Representatives (one member from the majority party and one member from the minority party appointed by the speaker) and two senators (one member from the majority party and one member from the minority party appointed according to the rules of the Senate).
