Stop By the Eco Experience at the Minnesota State Fair to See Our Healthy Local Foods Area

The Minnesota State Fair is all about the food. At the Eco Experience we have a Healthy, Local Foods area that has daily demonstrations, community supported agriculture (C.S.A’s) and chef appearances, to showcase the best in Minnesota. Some days we also have free food samples, so stop by the corner of Randall and Cosgrove, and learn more. Open daily 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
 
Cooking Demos
NOTE: Whole Foods and Health Partners will do all demos on their scheduled days (10:30 a.m., 12 noon, 2 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m.)
