St. Paul, Minn. -- The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) concluded 55 enforcement cases totaling $484,207 in penalties during the second quarter of 2007. The cases occurred at facilities in 30 counties throughout Minnesota.

· $30,760 - MnDak Concrete Inc., St. Hilaire, for water quality violations.
· $17,400 - New Horizon Dairy, Hoffman, for feedlot violations.
· $16,000 - Clear Lake/Clearwater Joint Sewer Authority, Clear Lake, for water quality violations.
· $15,000 - Dairyridge Inc., Long Prairie, for feedlot violations.
· $11,212 - Lone Tree Dairy LLP, Cottonwood, for feedlot violations.
· $10,000 - Riley Bros. Construction Inc., Comstock Township, for stormwater violations.
· $10,000 - City Village Homes, Minneapolis, for asbestos violations.
