The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is seeking comments on an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) that has been prepared for a proposal to construct a sewer lift station and connection along Cottage Grove Drive and Lake Elmo Avenue in Washington County.
