St. Paul, Minn. ? The recently released quarterly summary of enforcement actions included three cases that were not officially closed at the time of publication, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has announced.
According to state law, enforcement cases that are being appealed by the regulated party are not considered public information. The following cases were inadvertently published, even though they are currently being appealed:
· Bruce Gerlach, Tower
· Misty Bay Excavating-John Godden, St. Louis County
· Deborah Novotny, dba Thaemert Septic, Shakopee
