Information Requests
The Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, chapter 13 of Minnesota statutes, regulates how governmental entities such as the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) must handle the data they collect, create, disseminate, maintain and store.
The following guides are for all those who would like to come to any MPCA office to review data or for those who would like to request data from any of these offices:

To request information from the MPCA, complete the Estimate for Copy Services form and forward the form to the MPCA Records Management Unit.
