Flame Metals Processing Corporation Penalized for Improper Disposal of Waste and Wastewater
As part of an agreement with the MPCA, Flame Metals will pay a $10,000 penalty for the violations, and will also be required to make a $90,000 investment in a new environmental project at its facility.
